Biology
Wupper is a small canine with a high amount of energy and a love for playing in the water. Its fur spikes unreasonably, perhaps due to static electricity. Although it means well, its high energy results in a lack of attention span, much to the annoyance of its trainer. However, it is loyal almost to a fault- it obeys its trainer without question.
Name origin
'Wupper' is a combination of 'wave' and 'pupper'.
