Whipuff is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Heaven and Hell Version. It evolves into Roepool starting at level 16, which evolves into Skulthpool at level 34.

Along with Weeraffe and Pyroleon, Whipuff is one of three starter Pokémon of Olpium available at the beginning.
