Ved'ma is a Mario villain, being one of the few female bosses and a darkness boss. Her first appearance was in Mario Party: Diamond Blast, where she was the game's mid-boss in the fourth board, E Gadd's Mansion. She is sometimes called "Maleficent", referring to her horn-like head. Ved'ma is also a ghost; since that, she can turn invisible, teleport and float. Her weapons are mainly magic and Skullies, a type of enemy which also appears as a background character in Mario Party: Diamond Blast and a boss troop.
Ved'ma has a black dress and a horned helmet. Her face is white, her eyes are red and has gloves that cover most of the hands. She wears a red bow on her dress and black "particles" circling her.
Ved'ma has a very quick temper; if someone annoys her to a certain level, she can turn angry and cast a spell on them. Otherwise, she is nice to her villain aliases and mostly obeys Bowser(1).
Ved'ma makes her first appearance in this game. MTBA
It is shown in her hut (in Mario Party: Diamond Blast, where the players encounter her) in the background a poster of Ved'ma commanding Bowser to do everything she wants. This shows that Ved'ma actually wishes to rule over Bowser. It is kept there probably because it is guarded by Skullies.
