So I had an idea for a crossover racing game.
Fantendo ObstaCourse is a racing game similar to the Race Mode of Rayman M: you have to clear three laps before your opponent does while you have your favorite 3D platformer controls (moving, jumping, shooting). You need those to avoid obstacles, activate switches and go faster by reaching speed panels. Unlike the aforementioned Rayman M, the courses are a lot different (similar to Fantendo environments), no helicopter powers (perhaps double/triple jumps), and that the cast contains your favorite Fantendo Characters (each with different stats). And items. And now I dunno if the characters will each have their own theme or not.
Other Known Facts:
- Unten and Pesh are playable (and perhaps some more characters that are free for use)
- The Items are completely original, meaning they don't originate from the available series.
- Characters will have their special items, which are from the series of the respective character (Pesh has, for example, a Male Pushy).
- Your source for items is an Item Dispensing Gap (its acronym is I.D.G.), a black-hole-like object.
- One of the known normal items is the Magic Bullet, a standard item that everyone get whenever the race start, or when they used their item they've got from an I.D.G. This Magic Bullet can activate switches, stun opponents, and other things. Players have an infinite amount of them.
- Unten will probably be the only one to have a Special item not originating from his series, for having a lack of known usable items.
- There might be three to six races in a League.
- Like Rayman M, each League has a theme in environment. The first, the Beorn League, is has a Plains theme.
- You get the option to do a challenge in one of a league's courses, and to challenge the whole league. Challenging a whole League (and winning it) gives you a new League (but only in the mode you cleared the League Challenge), while challenging one of the league's courses (and winning it) gives you other goodies (like a new character).
- Winning the last League in one of the challenges gives you either new courses or new modes.
- One of the skins you can unlock is a skin of Pesh that make him resemble Besh. One other skin of Unten that make him resemble Netnu can also be unlocked.
