Moveset

Special Set A

Name Damage Description
Neutral Special Hero's Bow --- Toon Link can fire an arrow from his Bow. It travels further albeit slightly slower than Link's version. Charging it will cause it to deal more damage and distance.
Custom 1 Fire Arrow --- Shoots flaming arrows that don't go as far as the regular ones, traveling a third of Battlefield fully charged, but will stay in the ground and continue to burn for about two seconds. 2% damage minimum charged, 7% maximum, 6% damage when an enemy touches it on the ground.
Custom 2 Ice Arrow --- It flies slower but can travel slightly farther than the default. Upon contact, it has a chance of freezing opponents with higher damage percentages.
Side Special Boomerang --- The Boomerang is thrown and can do damage upon the return strip. It functions much like Link's Super Smash Bros. Melee. However, it flies farther and hits lighter than Link's.
Custom 1 Floating Boomerang --- Flies slower with more control. More easily returns to Toon Link.
Custom 2 High-Speed Boomerang --- Flies faster and passes through multiple enemies, but is slightly weaker and only returns to the spot where it was thrown.
Up Special Spin Attack --- Toon Link can charge the attack to release a energy spin that launches opponents, It is smaller than Link's but it launchers further.
Custom 1 Hurricane Spin --- More charge time but can move horizontally when spinning on the ground. Deals more damage than usual.
Custom 2 Rising Slash --- More vertical distance on last slash.
Down Special Bomb --- Toon Link can pull out a bomb and chuck it forward; causing an explosion that does damage. Much like before, the explosion has a cel-shaded effect.
Custom 1 Time Bomb --- Bombs don't detonate on impact, and have increased weight. Deals less damage than usual.
Custom 2 Short-Fuse Bomb --- Bombs explode quickly with bigger blast radius. Deals more damage than usual and launches foes upwards.

Special Custom Set B

Name Damage Description
Neutral Special Skull Hammer 32% (charged), 15% (uncharged), 12% (Toon Link) Toon Link can heave out the Skull Hammer by charging it. By releasing it the attack at its full power, it will do recoil damage to Toon Link. It has very high launch power and has a wide range of damage.
Custom 1 Erupting Skull Hammer 38% (charged), 22% (uncharged), 16% (Toon Link) Toon Link can swing the hammer which produces a large eruption that does fire damage with high knock back but does more to Toon Link.
Custom 2 Burying Skull Hammer 20% (charged), 11% (uncharged) The Skull Hammer will bury opponents/meteor airbone opponents. It has a shorter charging time.
Side Special Cane of Pacci 3% (trip), -1/2% (reflected Toon Link stabs the wand forward and causes the opponent to trip. It takes a good amount of precision to cause it to trip with a small window. It can also reflect back projectiles half the strength of the projectile reflected.
Custom 1 Sand Wand 8% Toon Link can fire out a sand barrier that launches opponents when summoned. It can also protect from attacks and projectiles to the extent that powerful attacks are blocked.
Custom 2 Whirlwind 0% When charged, it produces powerful gusts of winds that pushes away opponents. The wind speeds are stronger at the start rather than at the end as it lingers.
Up Special Deku Leaf 3% (gust), 6% (leaf) Toon Link uses a gust of wind that propels Toon Link upwards with the Deku Leaf. It will knock opponents up along wih Toon Link; putting them in a tumbling animation. The player can press the special button to cause the Deku Leaf to puff up; knocking opponents upwards. It can only do it 5 times before it stops though Toon Link will still float back down to the ground. Pressing down causes Toon Link to quickly descend.
Custom 1 Swirling Deku Leaf 0%, 4% (leaf) The gust doesn't do any damage and the leaf puffs do less but it propels Toon Link much higher with more freedom with the Deku Leaf.
Custom 2 Large Deku Leaf 3%, 10% (leaf) Toon Link propels himself upwards but at a less vertical distance. The Deku Leaf can puff up the leaf; causing more damage and knockback but resulting in it only three puffs and pushes Toon Link slightly downwards each time.
Down Special Iron Boots 15% (aerial) Toon Link dons on the Iron Boots which causes Toon Link to increase his weight for a period of time albeit at the cost of his speed, jump, and falling speed. However, his launch resistance causes him to be very resilient. While in midair, it will cause Toon Link to automatically fall down to the ground. Pressing down b after putting on the shoes will cause Toon Link to take them off. However, doing it 5 seconds after putting them will cause severe ending lag. The attack doesn't have much attack ability but putting it on the aerial can cause him to plummet; dealing damage. However, it can cause Toon Link to suicide if he is over the stage.
Custom 1 Magnetic Iron Boots 18% (aerial) The Iron Boots magnetize themselves to the stage, cementing Toon Link in which nullifies all knockback though weakens his defenses causing him to take more damage than usual. It does more damage when performed in the air.
Custom 2 Quick Iron Boots 8% The start up and ending animations for putting on.taking off the boots are quicker. The cooldown timer is also less with 3 seconds needed.

Final Smash

Name Damage Description
Final Smash 1 Triforce Slash --- Toon Link charges forward; encasing his opponent in a triforce and slashes away; dealing several swords slashes before launching them into the air.
