|Tingle did not originate from fanon, and more information can be found on their respective wiki(s). You may read more about it on the following wiki(s):|
Tingle is a middle-aged man in The Legend of Zelda series who dresses in green, pretending to be a "forest fairy". Whenever he meets Link, he always asks him if he is a forest fairy. These "forest fairies" may be the Kokiri, or just plain Fairies. He is loved in Japan, but disliked outside of Japan. He first appeared in the Nintendo 64 classic The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Tingle appears as a playable character in The Legend of Zelda: Hour of Twilight, where his animal form is a pig. His instrument is the Tingle Flute, and his weapons specialty is in bombs, particularly Tingle Bombs.
Tingle makes his debut in the Mario Singalong! Series in Mario Singalong Legends! as an unlockable to unlock him you have to sing "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor, "Survivor" by Destiny's Child "Umbrella" by Rihanna in Karoke mode.
Tingle appears as one of the many Zelda series newcomers in Super Smash Bros. Ω. He is unlocked by beating Adventure Mode once, similarly to how Jigglypuff is unlocked in Melee- except you had to beat classic for her.
Tingle Shield is Tingle's standard move. He pulls out a Stray Fairy and places it in front of him. This attack works like Toad, but the fairy will stay out as long as you hold 1. You cannot move during this attack.
Tingle Bomb is Tingle's side move. He tosses a Tingle Bomb forwards. This attack has a random damage and knockback- every time it's different.
Tingle Balloon is Tingle's up move. He rises up on a balloon and can float back and forth. If you hit 1 or 2, he will drop to the ground. If he is attacked while on his balloon, he will fall to the ground and be done minor damage. Opponents can also stand on his balloon, like in Melee.
Ting is Tingle's down move. He pulls out a bottle of Ting (blue, green or red) and drinks it. Red will restore some of his damage percentage, Green will up his attack power, and Blue will do both.
Kooloo-Limpah is Tingle's final smash. It works like Tingle's Assist Trophy form from Brawl.
Crossover Mania series
Tingle appears here too as a minor annoyance. Humorously, he often tries to steal the gems that
Moneybags scammed off of Spyro Spyro gave to Moneybags to purchase various things.
