The Yellow Eyed Man (also known as The Bald Man or The Man With The Yellow Eyes) is an apparently high-ranking producer. He works closely with The Black Haired Man, though it is unknown if they are genuinely friends or merely associates.

The Yellow Eyed Man first appeared in episode 36, telling Metal Locked v2 of his promotion. He has since been the liaison between MLv2 and the other producers. His position among the producers was unknown until he appeared as a member of the inner circle in episode 41, making it clear that he was one of the leaders. In episode 42, it is revealed that he possibly hypnotized Locke and Hiro to kill the other contestants.
