The Emerald of the Tale of the Purple Something is a crossover developed by Bomb Productions Games for all major gaming consoles.
Plot:
The mode begins as Mario and Kirby face each other on a stadium located in the Smash Bros. world. In this world, when a fighter is defeated, they turn into a trophy form, which can be revived by touching the base. Suddenly, smoke pours from the sky and the Battleship Halberd flies over. It releases a stream of black purple-clouded bugs called Shadow Bugs that form the soldiers of the Subspace Army. The Ancient Minister, a cloak-clad, mysterious hovering General of the Subspace Army, arrives with his Army and detonates a Subspace Bomb, which can only be detonated by the sacrifice of two R.O.B.'s, and which transports the stadium into Subspace, an alternate dimension where the Subspace Army resides. The Ancient Minister's advance prompts the heroes to progressively team up and attempt to repel the enemy, while villains harvest the power of the allied characters by converting them into trophies, and using shadow bugs on some of them to fight the protagonists during their adventure.
Mr. Cookie sent a letter to Pac-Man. He said that a thief is planning to steal the recipe for his cookies. Enclosed within the letter is the recipe. Then Blinky comes and steals the recipe and then tells Pac-Man he will only get the recipe back if he wins. Pac-Man then wins, but Blinky threw the recipe to Clyde, and told Pac-Man that in order to get the recipe, he has to go to Mirage Oasis. Then him and his friends left for the Oasis. It's up to Pac-Man to stop the ghosts in order to get the recipe back, while meeting new friends.
Eighteen months after the fall of Jacinto, the Gears have moved to the island of Vectes and are living aboard a converted aircraft carrier called the Raven's Nest. The COG has disbanded and the imulsion that powered Sera's cities has infected and mutated members of the Locust, causing them to become Lambent. The Lambent are evolving into a new enemy that threatens both the Locust and humanity. The Stranded also live on the island along with other survivors from E-Day.
Gameplay:
The gameplay of The Emerald of the Tale of the Purple Something is similar to that of the first Super Mario Galaxy, with a focus on platforming based on and around 3D planets (referred to collectively as galaxies) with varying themes, sizes, and landscapes. The player controls Mario (or later in the game, his brother Luigi, though using him is optional), who has a variety of physical abilities. Like the original, the objective of the game is to travel to the various galaxies and collect Power Stars, which are awarded by completing levels and accomplishing tasks and are used to open access to later levels. The game retains some gameplay mechanics introduced in the original, such as the blue Star Pointer that allows the player to pick up Star Bits and shoot them at enemies, levels that restrict movement to a 2D plane, balance ball levels, and gravity-reversing background arrows
The Emerald of the Tale of the Purple Something is a first-person shooter. The player assumes the role of a foot soldier who can wield various firearms, of which two at a time can be carried; throw grenades and other explosives; and use other equipment as weapons. A player close enough to an enemy can kill with one knife blow. A character can take three stances: standing, crouching, or prone; each affects rate of movement, accuracy, and stealth. The player can dive prone from a standing position when running. The player can momentarily sprint but will then grow tired. The screen glows red to indicate damage to a player's health, which goes away over time. When the character is within the blast radius of a live grenade, a marker indicates the direction of the grenade, helping the player to flee or throw it back. Among the game's weapons are crossbows with bolts and explosive ammunition, Dragon's Breath rounds and ballistic knives.

- Sonic - Sonic is a former Uruguayan footballer, who played for CA Peñarol.
- Kirby - Kirby is a Swiss judoka who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics.
