The Tesseract-8 (Referred to as Project: Overdrive in its beta phases) is a 9th gen handheld console made by Simple Studios. It uses cards instead of discs that look and feel similar to credit cards.
The console was first announced at E3 2016 as the Overdrive-8 but was changed to Tesseract-8 later. It went through many design changes, such as a Sega Game Gear-like design, but the final product is shown on the picture in the infobox.
Every game is published by Simple Studios.
