These are the Super Smash Bros. series stages present in this game.

Battlefield

Battlefield is a simple stage. It is a big floating platform with three smaller ones above it. The overall look seem to be some sort of ruins, maybe of a stadium, or of a temple. It is the exact same stage seen in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. It has a day/night cycle (3 minutes equal a whole day), and has the "Hyper" crate type.

This stage is also where all Multi-Man Smash modes take place. However, in that mode, a small platform travels high across the stage, carring an item onto it.

The stage receives a 9/10 CPS (competitive play score) rating due to the simplicity of the stage, standard size, and no hazards at all.

Big Battlefield

Big Battlefield is a stage to be used in 8-Player Smash, but can also be used in standard Smash. It is a bigger version of Battlefield, with a bigger central platform and six smaller ones above it. It is the exact same stage seen in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. It has a day/night cycle (3 minutes equal a whole day), and has the "Hyper" crate type.

The stage receives a 7.5/10 CPS rating due to the overall big size of the stage. While it is banned in singles, it is allowed in doubles. Just like Battlefield, there are no hazards.

Final Destination

Final Destination is the simplest stage in the whole game. It is a simple, standard-sized platform. The platform seems to be carrying the fighters in outer space. It is the same exact stage found in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. It has the "Final" crate type.

This stage also appears in various Solo modes such as Classic and Adventure.

The stage receives a 10/10 CPS rating due to the stage being a single, wide platform, with no hazards.

Metal Cave

Metal Cave is a DLC stage, present in the Smash Origins: 64 Pack DLC, available for 6.99. The stage can also be bought separately for 1.99. The stage is made up of two platforms: the bottom one is slightly raised to the right and lower to the left. Above the bottom platform floats a smaller platform. Overall, the stage is quite small. It has the "Steel" crate type.

It was originally a single-player only stage in the first Super Smash Bros., where Metal Mario was battled. Now, the Metal Box grants you the metal effect, so Metal Mario isn't here.

The stage receives a 5.2/10 CPS rating, due to the stage being really small, and so is only allowed in singles.
