Super Smash Bros. Stadium is a Super Smash Bros. game for the Wii U, Wii, and the Nintendo 3DS. It will be released on July 12, 2013 in North America, July 30, 2013 in Europe, and Autumn 2013 in Japan for all platforms. The game also features Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, meaning that the player can fight online with other people.

Single-Player Mode

Classic Mode

In Classic Mode, up to 2 players fight random characters in a random order. If the player's character is the same character as the computer player, the computer player's costume is changed (Ex: If Mario in his regular form fights Mario as the computer, the computer's costume is changed to Fire Mario's colors). After the first 3 levels, the player plays Break the Targets!. After another 3 rounds, the player plays Break the Platforms!. After 3 rounds once again, the player(s) faces Master Hand (Crazy Hand if played on Hard, Very Hard, or Intense without a continue). After the player(s) defeat Master Hand, the screen fades to white, and a trophy of the character(s) played with fall down to a trophy collection with the rest of the characters the player completed Classic Mode with. There are shootable credits (like in Super Smash Bros. Melee). After that, a 9-second clip shows gameplay of the character (one of the characters in co-op). Finally, a screenshot of the character appears with the word "Congratulations!." The narrator says "Congratulations!" as well.
