Final Smash Waddle Dee Army / Hard Hat Dee

Waddle Dee (ワドルディ, Wadorudī) is a playable newcomer in Super Smash Bros. Crash. He is King Dedede's right-hand man, distinguishable from other Waddle Dees with his bandanna and signature spear. Though he has battled Kirby for his king, he has also gone on numerous quests with Kirby. In more recent games like Kirby: Triple Deluxe and Kirby: Planet Robobot, Waddle Dee helps Kirby by providing healing items.

Waddle Dee is one of the lightest characters in the game, and can be KO'd quite easily. He is, however, equipped with his spear, which allows him to cover respectable distance and attack opponents from a farther distance than most other characters. Most of Waddle Dee's attacks utilize this spear, ranging from poking opponents with it to spinning it around, while other moves are based off of attacks from other Waddle Dees in the Kirby series. For example, he can use a rod similar to Beam Kirby to mimic a Waddle Doo, and can attack with a parasol similar to a Parasol Waddle Dee. He is also able to summon a large Waddle Dee Tank to ride on and plow through opponents, and has a unique dash attack that sends him upward, allowing him to follow up with aerials easily. He is also the only character to have a Final Smash that another character previously had in the series; in this case, Waddle Dee uses Waddle Dee Army, King Dedede's Final Smash in Brawl.

  • Custom 3 - Seeking Missile: The missile is slower, but more accurately targets opponents.

Down hyper Parasol Smash 13% (ground), 12% (air), 7% (landing) Waddle Dee takes out a parasol and charges forward while spinning it, launching opponents. If used in the air, Waddle Dee will travel in a downward arc, similar to Captain Falcon's Falcon Kick.
