SSB: OS is a smash bros game developed by Vectrix, inc. and published by Fantendo. The game brings along a new design on the interface, characters, and arenas. Also, the story mode, Obisidian Skies, has a stronger narrative then that of older story modes like The Subspace Emissary. The game includes new third party characters and even a few from Fantendo itself!

StoryEdit

Mario and Peach are relaxing on the beaches of Isle Delfino, when suddenly, Koopas and Goombas surround the couple! Bowser appears in his airship and says: "Bwa ha ha ha! Now I have you, Peach!" Then Bowser Jr. jumps out of the sky with his paintbrush and mops Mario and Peach with it, covering them in the colorful goopy paint. Bowser Jr. jumps up to his father's airship, then releases a barrage of Bullet Bills and Bob-ombs onto the island! The force creates a massive earthquake that shatters the island, and Mario loses Peach in the debris! He is forced to leave on the back of Yoshi, running across the water to the deserted pirate ship up ahead......

Mario and Yoshi make it to the pirate ship, and discover that King K. Rool has seized control of it! Mario and Yoshi sneak into the cargo and hide out there. Shortly after, they are spotted by some Kremlings and taken away to the plank! Just as Mario is about to dive into the salty deep, Donkey Kong jumps out of the sky, and takes K. Rool's Obisidian Blaster. The Blaster has the power to darken a region with evil, and DK must destroy it! So he does, and the new trio of heroes defeat the Kremlings and sail off to the castle sihllouette ahead...

After landing, the trio is met with a battle against some Hyrule soldiers! DK rips through them as they storm towards the castle. Then, out of nowhere, Shadow Link appears with an Obsidian Blaster! He blasts DK which makes him become KK, Killer Kong. Shadow Link heaves the somehow calm hulk into his own airship, and flies toward the castle. He's gonna unleash KK on Zelda!
