Rules of Gameplay
Like the previous titles, Ultimate All-Stars is based around soccer, but without referees or rules. Two teams of four face off in stadium and have to get the ball in the net multiple times before time runs out (two to five minutes at the most). When the time limit is over, whoever scored the most points will win the match. Similiar to the previous game, when a tie in the scores happens and time is up, sudden death commences. The stadium will become more treacherous and the time limit will be shortened. This time, several characters can use their natural abilities as well as the Super Ability and Mega Strike.
The team is made up of a captain, three offensive/defensive players, and one goalie. If playing in multiplayer against a COM team, the players (excluding the Goalie) will have their own Super Ability or Mega Strike. Some characters, like Sonic, Pac-Man, and Mega Man, can utilize their natural abilities as well.

The controls are the same as Mario Strikers Charged.
Each player has his/her own disadvantages and advantages, and their own abilities and Mega Strike.
