Synopsis

After Mario and his friends find no trace of Fawful and Luigi, they try and track down all of the sources they can find. However, more things then Luigi may be at stake here...

Plot

Mario, Bowser and Peach are searching the desert where they were at the end of the last episode. According to their conversation, they have been tracking Fawful for hours but to no avail. They decide to warp back to the castle and plan their search. Peach takes out her Princess Amulet and says "Oh Amulet, we are lost, now bring us back without a cost", which causes a portal to appear. They walk through and arrive at the castle.

After scaring some toads thanks to Bowser, the gang head to the throne room. After calling a paratroopa to take Spikey, Bowser says that perhaps Fawful has returned to the Beanbean Kingdom. They decide to phone Queen Bean, and she replies that she hasn't seen anything. Afterwards, Mario thinks that perhaps they should ask the citizens of Toad Town. Bowser and Peach agree.

While Peach sets it up, Mario asks Bowser why he is helping. Bowser says that he only kidnaps Peach so he won't be lonely, and that whenever he's evil it's just his rage from being defeated so easily. Mario says that he shouldn't have to kidnap Peach to cure his lonelyness; instead, he should hang out with them. Bowser starts to cry because he realizes how mean he's been.

Suddenly Peach walks up and says that alot of people have seens Fawful near Mt. Chill. The gang quickly run there and search for Fawful. Although they can't find him, Bowser burns some snow and finds a stone with an incription. According to it, the "Butter of power will soon be spread on the muffin of Fawful with an awesome Luigi flavor". Mario takes it and madly throws it at a rock.

When the two rocks collide, however, the stone tablet breaks and reveals a key from inside. Mario uses his Gameboo Advance to scan it and search all the of locks to find the door to use it on. It shows he coordinates of Boo Mansion. As they head here, the scene changes to Fawful's lab, where Luigi has been strapped to a chair. Fawful pulls a switch and it makes Luigi turn to Mr. L. Fawful then tells him about his plan for world domination.

Aftwerwards, Mario and pals arrive at the mansion, and use the key on the front door. As it swings open, Fawfuls cackle is head along with a Boo's laugh, as Mario, Bowser and Peach enter the mansion...
