Super Mario Maker (previously called Super Mario D.I.Y.) is a game creator application for the Wii Extriime which allows players to insert blocks, enemies, items, and more from the Super Mario series to create and share their own 2D Super Mario levels. This game is the successor to Super Mario Maker on the Wii U. This game contains more elements and enemies than the previous installment in the Super Mario Maker series.

Pre-title Screen Animations

Title Screen

In a similar fashion to Mario Paint, the title screen is highly interactive. A randomly generated stage will appear, and players have the option to choose "Create" and edit the stage, or "Play", to choose either Course World or 10 Mario Challenge. Players can even complete the stage before starting. Each letter will cause a different effect on the game title screen.

Sound Effects- Sound effects can be placed into the level when Soundfrog is tapped. These sound effects can be dragged onto the foreground, blocks, enemies, and even Mario himself.

Secret Exits- Two exits in one course! These can come in Secret Goals or Keyholes.

Vertical Levels- This option turns the course from horizontal to vertical.
