 Sonic Ultimanium (ソニック・アルティマニアム ) is a 2017 platform video game in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. The game was developed by Yveltal717, and published by Fantendo. When an experiment of Dr. Eggman goes horribly awry, it combines the various dimensions in the Sonic Universe.  Sonic and friends must team up in order to prevent the different dimensions from colliding with one another. Unlike other Sonic Games, this game allows you to play up to 35 characters. There are a variety of game modes, ranging from the standard style of high speed gameplay to fighting game styles of gameplay.

Playable Characters

In Sonic Ultimanium, there are 34 playable character to play as. Each character has their own unique characteristics, and abilites so every hero has a diverse style of gameplay. The main story mode follows a psuedo-Heros like style of gameplay where all 34 characters are divided into their own respective teams of 3 (Or 2), totaling to 12 teams all together. All character can otherwise be playable on their own in the other modes.

Team Sonic is the main team of the game with objective is to foil docter Eggman's plans. The team leader is the blue blur, Sonic the Hedgehog. With his upbeat attitude, and free-spirited nature he's always up for a challenge. He accompanied by the kid genius, Miles Prowler who has the ability of flight, and the emerald guardian, Knuckles the Echidna who is the power of the group.
