Something Evil This Way Comes was a fan-fic series being written by User:Indi555. Five episodes were produced, each one having some connection to a popoular Fantendo series. Interest eventually lapsed, and Indi555 stop writing the series entirely. It became a dead fic until June, 2011, when it was almost entirely revamped.

Something Evil This Way Comes Rebirth: Echoes of a Dreary PastEdit
As part of a new movement to revamp his dead fics, Indi555 released the first episode of a new series rebirthing the older fic. The new series, while retaining the basic plot structure of the original, eliminates all of the fanon elements from the series, as part of an atempt to broaden its appeal as a piece of respectable fiction. The first episode was released just past one o' clock on Tuesday, June 14, and was written in the depths of Indi's tiredness.
