Shnartzel is a talking, fighting manatee in the Hooves series. He is pretty much as strong as Ray and Giraffey put together.

Shnartzel has sort of a neutral personality. He was a bit timid at first, but, when he discovered he was The Sea Titan, he became more dominant and independant.
