Samurai Goroh () is a starting newcomer in the game Super Smash Bros. Universe. He represents the F-Zero franchise, and much like fellow F-Zero representative, Captain Falcon, Goroh has a moveset that is original to the Super Smash Bros. franchise. His design is based off of his appearance in the F-Zero anime rather than the GX design that he used in SSBB, and SSB4.

Like the previous titles Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/Nintendo 3DS, Universe features custom movesets, however some of the options are complete changes compared to just modified variations of the standard specials.
