Gavin is impacted to the max.
"Yes I am, can you please explain what is going on?" Asked Gavin worried.
Policemen then grab Gavin and handcuff him.
"You are under arrest for the suspected murder of Atticus Everett." Said Police Officer Jones.
"NO, HE DID NOT KILL ANYONE!" Yelled Eleanor.
"He'll have to settle that in court." Addressed Officer Jones.
They take Gavin away to the "Citron Jail", where he will be locked in a jail cell.

{Citron Jail, Gavin's Jail Cell, 1:00PM}
They push Gavin into the jail cell violently.
"YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME, I DID NOTHING! NOTHING, I WOULD NEVER KILL ANYONE!" Yelled Gavin profoundly.
"Well, you'll have to prove that. Everything incriminates you to be honest." Said Officer Jones.
Gavin is shocked, he can't believe he was framed.
"Who blamed me as the killer?" Asked Gavin.
"I do not know, you'll have to ask Investigator Maxwell." Said Officer Jones and leaves.
Gavin is seen in despair to what his fate will be.
{Eleanor and Gavin's Home, Living Room, 1:30PM}
Investigator Maxwell is seen speaking to Eleanor.
"I want to know who told you Gavin was the killer." Requested Eleanor.
"Regardless of who told us or not. The evidence points to Gavin." Explained Maxwell.
Eleanor then in a urge of frustration get up off the sofa.

"HE DID NOT KILL, HE WAS WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME!" Yelled Eleanor frustrated.
Investigator Maxwell gets angered.
"Well, I am sorry. But the evidence points out to Gavin being the killer." Said Maxwell.
"Can you just tell me who told you he was the killer?" Asked Eleanor calmly.
"His daughter, Kristen Theresa Everett and her boyfriend or fiance Philip Rowelled." Replied Maxwell.
Eleanor is impacted to the max. She knew Kristen and Philip were behind this defamation.
"Alright, thank you. You may go now, I'll get a lawyer to prove the innocence of Gavin." Said Eleanor.
"I doubt you will, but alright." Said Maxwell and leaves.

Eleanor then gets her purse and heads on over to the mansion of Kristen.

Eleanor knocks on the door violently, Martina goes to open the door.
"Oh, hello miss." Said Martina.
"Where is your boss? I wish to speak to her immediately." Addressed Eleanor with rage.
"I'm sorry, but you just missed her." Replied Martina.
"Where did she go?" Asked Eleanor.
"She went off to some jail with some other man, I think it was her boyfriend or something. The two have been spending a lot of time together since her divorce from Gavin Iodine." Explained Martina.
