Pokemon Heroes Reloaded: The Lost Silver is a platform game sequel to Pokemon Heroes: The Game. Being the sequel, new elements have been put in.
The game plays like a 3D platformer with some RPG elements such as leveling up and learning new moves the more experience points are collected, just like the first game. This time, however, there are new gimmicks, like Super Mode, which is a mode that allows the players abilities like making doors in walls, floors and ceiling, infinite jumps and combo moves. Experience points also power up Super Mode. There is also the Team System, where two or three playable characters can join together for unique combination moves. These combination moves also level up the more experience is collected. The Team System also allows the player to quickly switch between playable characters at will. Another gameplay element is the Lost Silver, which comes in at the mid-point and can (for a limited time) turn the player into a giant with maxed out stats, but it's difficult to control. Another new element is the Sides System. You can choose to play as the good guys (which include Pikachu, Ash, Squirtle, Cyndaquil, Bianca and Latias) to help them save the day, or you can side with the villains (which include Annie, Oakley, Espeon, Ariados, an evil Latios and a robotic sister that Oakley made) to help them corrupt and conquer.
Months after Ash came home from his endeavors in the Battle Frontier, he receives a letter from an anonymous figure who tells him to come to a castle in the middle of the Seafoam Islands. When he gets there, it turns out that the anonymous figure was Annie and Oakley, who have somehow escaped from their imprisonment in the Hearts of the Dark Asylum (which happens to be the jail they were sent to at the end of Pokemon Heroes). Ash and friends are turned into fuel for a supercomputer that is made to track down the legendary Lost Silver, until Bianca and Latias (in disguise), who are now working under orders from an unknown boss, free them. This leads to a race against time where both sides (Ash's team and Annie and Oakley's team) are out for the Lost Silver. Ash and friends must retrieve it and get rid of it in a boiling liquid before the villains take it for their own and use it for their own gain.
