Trivia

  • The two legendary Pokémon, Mataharm and Bularam, are puns off of the Indonesian translations of Sun and Moon, respectively.
  • Some Pokémon are very similar to Pokémon in the Unova region. For example:
    • Two Mythical Pokémon, Starriot and Androd, are similar to Victini and Genesect, respectively.
    • Eclipsion is similar to Kyurem since both can be fused with the two main Legendary Pokémon.
    • The Speedire line is similar to Sawk and Throh.
