|First Appearance||Pokémon Metal & Wood|
It consists of a singular round body, a stalk at the top of the head, and two round feet. It has a brown skin with two white eyes and lines that run to the top. The top is composed of a stalk that is tinted with white and light green. It's inner body, while remains unknown, is thought to be white.
Toinion is capable of using most Grass-type moves. In addition, it can shed parts of it's skin to become faster. It's most impressive ability though is to release a scent that causes the opponents eyes to water and tear up thus restricting accuracy. This is most evident when Toinion is damaged or when it damages itself.
It enjoys sitting in the ground while gaining nutrients. It dislikes being pulled out from the ground and will release its scent to cause the intruder to cry.
Toinion sucks out nutrients from the ground using its feet.
It can be found in grasslands and meadows as well as farm lands.
|Metal||It releases a scent that causes anyone nearby to tear up in the eyes. It uses this to fend itself from nearby enemies by lowering their accuracy.|
|Wood||It uses its small feet to dig into the ground and suck up nutrients. It will often search for loose soil if it's in an area with poor soil.|
