Panpour, known in Japan as ヒヤップ (Hiyappu) is a Water-type Pokémon from Unova, and evolves into Simipour when exposed to a Water Stone. It is a blue monkey with a crest on its head that resembles a geyser, and its muzzle, belly and limbs are cream-colored.
It forms a trio with the similar-looking Pansage and Pansear.
