Old Super Mario Bros. Remake ( Also known as just Old Super Mario Bros. or OSMB) is a Mario game for the Wii. It has many different styles of gameplay within it from a 2D platformer and a 3D one too. It combines many Mario game styled levels to create one unique game.
The story begins at Bowser's Castle where Bowser, Bowser Jr., Kamek, and the Koopalings are holding Peach captive again. Suddenly, Mario and Luigi burst througth the door and the battle begins. They hit a switch and Bowser is defeated. As the screen goes black you can hear Mario and Luigi cheering. Bowser' s life flashes before his eyes and reflects on past games. The brothers flee with Peach .
Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings fish Bowser out of the lava shocked to see he has turned to Dry Bowser! Bowser has a plan... and he needs to assemble the Koopa Troop . At a meeting, the skeletal villan explaines his master plan... To cast Mario out to different games! The Koopa Troop would take over the classics and make them even harder on the innocent plumber .
The scene changes to a room in Princess Peach's Castle where Mario and Luigi are having tea with the Princess when suddenly they hear a loud boom. Bowser flies above in an Airship with Kamek beside him. Kamek glides into the castle where the the brothers are having tea startling them. Luigi runs to Peach but Kamek casts a spell and sends him far away out of the Mushroom Kingdom. Bowser Jr. in his clown copter flies down and grabs the princess and puts her in the copter. Mario charges at the vehicle , but Bowser Jr. closes the glass dome. Mario hits the glass and Bowser Jr. flies away with the princess. Kamek casts a spell on Mario sending out of the kingdom too.
A small scene shows a tiny Luigi falling in the real world and landing in the game slot of a Nintendo 64. Shortly after, Mario falls too, but lands by a Nintendo Entertainment System. They fly over to a large box shaped system with bowser signs on in and fly through that game slot. You hear Peach yell "Help, me!" and thousands of Goombas, Koopas, Shy Guys, and many other enimies erupt out of the slot.
