Nintendo All-Stars Rhythm (known as DJ Nintendo in Japan and Nintendo Musical Mix in Europe) is a Nintendo 3DS game with a musical theme. The game includes a variety of remixes of different Nintendo games and series' themes for the player to perform, as well as a few original compositions. The player is considered a DJ and they must use the stylus to follow the rhythm of the music. Remixes and original themes are mostly techno, pop, dubstep, drum & bass and electronic music style.

The game is set to be released both physically and digitally on June 14, 2016 in Japan, July 20, 2016 in North America, August 5, 2016 in Europe and August 16, 2016 in Australia.

The gameplay of the game is pretty simple. Players will play a remix of a certain theme from a Nintendo game series, and they must complete the theme by following different patterns with the stylus. Patterns will vary and will be harder depending on the difficulty and the theme they are playing, as some remixes are literally harder to complete than others even if the difficulty is set from the beginning.

There are several characters the player can choose, playable characters will embark in an adventure to defeat other opponents. Bosses will be confronted at some points, with their background theme playing, players will have to complete the theme against the boss, and if the player does better they win and will pass to the next theme. Each character will have different themes played throughout the game based off of their series. For example, if the player chooses Mario, remixes from various Super Mario games will be played.

Players gain points by completing remix stages, and rewards can be obtained by clearing certain bonuses and bosses. These rewards include original compositions and their remixes to be played in the Music Collection, stamps for Miiverse, etc.
