Special Set A

Name Damage Description
Neutral Special PK Flash 9% - 37% A sphere of green light appears above Ness. As the attack button is held, the sphere moves downwards and increases in power, until the attack button is released or until it is fully charged, it explodes.
Custom 1 Rising PK Flash 6% - 24% The attack moves upward with minimal control. It has a larger hitbox at the cost of damage.
Custom 2 PK Freeze 10% - 19% Inflicts less damage, but freezes opponents. Works like Lucas's neutral special.
Side Special PK Fire 4% (lightning), 2% (fire) Captain Falcon dashes forward and follows up with an uppercut. Can meteor smash the opponent if used in the air.
Custom 1 PK Bonfire 2% (lightning), 3% - 5% (fire) The lightning-bolt doesn't travel as far, but the flame pillar sticks around longer.
Custom 2 PK Fire Burst 1% (lightning), 8% (fire) Releases a single flame when it hits and knocks opponents farther. It will always travel horizontally even when used in the air, similar to Lucas's variant of PK Fire.
Up Special PK Thunder 8% (PK Thunder), 1% (Thunder's tail), 25% (PK Thunder 2 initial hitbox), 21% (PK Thunder 2 late hitbox) Ness creates a stream of lightning that can be aimed into opponents to deal damage with the head and stun with the tail. Aiming the head into Ness himself will launch him in a trajectory opposite to the side he was hit on, which is referred to as PK Thunder 2. PK Thunder 2 has invincibility frames during the first half of the move.
Custom 1 Lasting PK Thunder 7% (PK Thunder), 1% (Thunder's tail), 1,5% (PK Thunder 2, each hit), 10% (PK Thunder 2, last hit) Functions identically to Lucas's counterpart, with tighter turning and both the projectile and Ness piercing enemies.
Custom 2 Rolling PK Thunder --- Slower yet larger PK Thunder. Both the projectile and Ness do more damage and knockback. However, the distance Ness moves with PK Thunder 2 is much shorter.
Down Special PSI Magnet 0% Ness creates a purple energy field around him which allows him to absorb almost any incoming projectile. It can be held in order to use it repeatedly.
Custom 1 PSI Vacuum 10% Ness draws opponents in, releasing an explosion when the move is released. It cannot absorb projectiles.
Custom 2 Forward PSI Magnet 9% Ness draws his Magnet in front of him, just like Lucas's version.

Special Custom Set B

Name Damage Description
Neutral Special Brainshock 8% Ness fires a blast of PSI waves around him. Anyone hit on the PSI Waves are dazed for a moment. It has much longer duration if it connects in front rather than behind, above, or below. It has slight start up and ending lag when performed.
Custom 1 Flinching Brainshock 3% It does less damage but has a wider range of attack. It won't daze opponents but it will cause them to flinch when hit by the attack. Reduced start up and ending lag.
Custom 2 Flowering Brainshock 0% Shorter range but puts the Flower effect on the opponent when it connects,
Side Special PK Ground 18% (Ground), 12% (aerial) Ness places his hand on the ground and causes it to vibrate; tripping anyone nearby and dealing damage. It will not do knockback. Ness will fall to the ground and perform the attack when inputted while in midair.
Custom 1 Burying PK Ground 16$ (ground), 10% (aerial) Shorter range but it will deal damage and bury opponents.
Custom 2 Bucking PK Ground 17% (ground), 22% (aerial) It does more damage when performed in the air. Ness will crash down and slam his fist into the ground. It will cause a freeze frame when it connects with an opponent and then launch them into the air. It suffers from start up and ending lag as well as having a shorter duration for the attack to deal damage.
Up Special PK Teleport 15% (failed), 12% (Ness) Holding the Up Special will cause Ness to power up the teleport. Once Ness begins to sparkle, letting it go will initiate the teleport. The player can slightly alter where Ness teleports to by tilting the control stick. The player can move while holding down the special button but letting go will initiate the teleport but travel significantly less far. In addition, it will cause an explosion which damages both Ness and his opponent.
Custom 1 Blasting PK Teleport 24% (explosion), 14% (Ness) It doesn't need to be primed but teleporting out will cause a similar but more damaging explosion regardless. It does high damage and knockback to the opponent. It has th emost recovery distance.
Custom 2 Safe PK Teleport 0% It won't damage Ness and is very quick but it suffers from ending lag and less recovery distance.
Down Special PK Counter 14% Ness presses his finger to his forehead. When an attack connects, he catches the attack and blasts the opponent away with PSI energy; dealing damage.
Custom 1 Soaring PK Counter 17% Instead of launching horizontally, Ness will launch the opponent straight up vertically.
Custom 2 Sleeping PK Counter 10% Ness will cause the opponent to fall asleep when it makes contact.

Final Smash

Name Damage Description
Final Smash 1 PK Starstorm 8% (per hit) Ness summons and can slightly control the trajectory of the meteors as they crash to the ground.
Final Smash 2 PK Rockin 6% (unpowered) 12% (powered) Ness powers up his psychic powers and releases them in waves. Pressing the special button to synchronize with the waves expanding and contracting will increase their range, speed, and damage. The waves will knock the opponent and slightly pull them in when contracting thus catching the opponents.
