The Ice Climbers are two young children named Popo and Nana who love to climb ice mountains. They mainly climb the Infinite Glacier, as it can go on for ages, and the two like a challenge.  They usually assist each other in climbing the mountains, and they both defeat the enemies that rest on those mountains. Although the Ice Climbers have only had a single game, they have made many recent appearances in other series, such as the Super Smash Bros. series. There is also a third Ice Climbers named Lolo, but rarely appears and therefore is considered not to be part of the team.

Super Smash Bros. Adventure Edit

The Ice Climbers will appear as playable characters in Super Smash Bros. Adventure. They are playable in both Adventure and Classic Mode. The Ice Climbers will appear in World 8: Icicle Mountain, and the two will be the sole playable characters in that world. However, they are not teamed up like in Melee, but instead they will fight alone. However, if one loses a life, or finishes a level, the other takes over for that turn.

Starring Again Edit

The Ice Climbers will be appearing in the upcoming game Balloon Bomber as main characters. Not much else is known, but they are confirmed to be going to Balloonberg Mountain.

Alone in the MountainsEdit

The Ice Climbers will once again do what they do best in Ice Climber 2. Not much is confirmed as of now.
