Moveset

Special Set A

Name Damage Description
Neutral Special Shadow Ball 2.5% (minimum charge), 25% (full charge) Mewtwo fires a large, purple projectile that can be charged. Has quite a long charge time, but the projectile gains incredible KO potential at full charge, KOing at 112%. If used in the air, Mewtwo will recoil backwards a great amount, which can help or hinder his recovery.
Custom 1 Corrupting Ball 2% (poison), 1.5% (splash) Mewtwo fires a Shadow Ball that slowly corrupts the player; causing poison damage instead of dealing outright damage upon contact. The attack can splash upon contact to other players nearby creating a more weaker version of the attack.
Custom 2 Deliberate Shadow Ball 1.3% (minimum charge), 4% (full charge) It moves slowly and does looping damage as opposed to full damage like the default. It takes a while to charge and has more ending lag.
Side Special Confuse ≈9.0495% (throw), 1.4x (reflected projectiles) Mewtwo summons a ripple of psychic energy in front of it. Treated as a grab, the ripple can spin opponents around, dropping them in front of Mewtwo which allows him to followup with other attacks, or reflect projectiles. In the air, the first use gives Mewtwo a slight vertical boost.
Custom 1 Shocking Confusion , 4% (shock), 8% (throw) It cannot reflect projectiles but it shocks opponents before throwing them. It does more knockback than the default and over all damage.
Custom 2 Distance Confusion ≈4.0495% (throw), 1.2x (reflected projectiles) Does less damage but the confusion has a wider range of attack that encompasses all of Mewtwo and allows for it to connect more easily. It comes out slower though.
Up Special Teleport 0% Mewtwo disappears, reappearing soon after in a different place. It is completely invulnerable during the move. Has less endlag if teleporting directly back onto the ground.
Custom 1 Psycho Teleport 2.3% (loop) It has less distance than the default but when Mewtwo comes out of the teleport, it releases a powerful psychic attack that launches opponents after looping damage. It causes Mewtwo to slightly hover in the air for a time. The teleport out has ending lag.
Custom 2 Quick Teleport 0% Much quicker teleport that has zero ending lag. It also have more travel distance than the default.
Down Special Disable 1% Mewtwo crouches and quickly stares at an opponent, making them stunned. Only works if the opponent is facing Mewtwo and is at eye level with it. If the opponent is in the air, they are knocked back with set knockback. Useful at high percentages to guarantee a KO, but difficult to land.
Custom 1 Ranged Disable 1% It has more range to it and can cover about four Mewtwo bodies away though the length of the disabled effect weakens the closer the opponent is to Mewtwo. This is applied to the aerial knockback.
Custom 2 Breaking Disable 0% It doesn7t do any damage and performing it on an opponent results in a lessened duration than the default. However, it is capable of breaking a shield when used on an opponent who puts one up.

Special Custom Set B

Name Damage Description
Neutral Special Psychic 18% (close), 12% (far) Mewtwo releases a sudden burst of psychic energy that travels away from it. It does more damage and knockback closer to Mewtwo rather than farther. In addition, it can also dissipate various projectiles. It has a long start up lag as Mewtwo gathers the energy needed. It has very high knockback up close. It has a long cooldown period with significantly decreased damage and knockback if performed continuously.
Custom 1 Bursting Psychic 8% (3 hits close), 4% (3 hits far) Upon inputting the attack, it releases three quick blasts of Psychic energy that knocks opponents away. It also causes Mewtwo to boost slightly upwards into the air.
Custom 2 Vibrant Psychic 2.3% (loop) Instead of it doing launch damage upon connecting, it pulls the opponent in and deals looping damage before launching them into the air.
Side Special Psycho Cut 12% (uncharged), 20% (charged) Mewtwo can charge this attack and sprint forward; dealing damage by slashing forward with psychic blades. They have a wide hit box that allows them to connect. It also allows Mewtwo to recover itself at a horizontal angle. Charging the attack lengths the distance traveled as well as increases damage output.
Custom 1 Psycho Smash 18% (uncharged), 32% (charged) Instead of dashing forward, Mewtwo simply creates a large psycho blade and cuts forward; dealing more damage and knockback. It doesn't have traveling distance but it deals high damage.
Custom 2 Psycho Stab 8% (uncharged), 14% (charged) It has much more traveling distance than the default but deals less damage. Mewtwo stabs forward with the psycho blade which adds to its range.
Up Special Swift 12% Mewtwo summons stars around him and shoots upwards. Holding down the special button causes Mewtwo to launch higher. Tilting the control stick to the right or to the left angles Mewtwo's ascent slightly. The stars will captures and then launches the opponent after the attack finishes.
Custom 1 Starward Swift 18% (last), 10% (mid) Mewtwo can charge this attack and launch into the air. If it hits at the start up and mid portion of the attack, it knocks the opponent away. However, it has a sweetspot at the very last animations when it reaches its height prior to freefalling. it will launch opponents upwards.
Custom 2 Cosmic Swift 0% It cannot be charged up or angles but it has enhanced speed and traveling distance. It also partially renders Mewtwo incapable of being damaged or hitstunned in the mid portion of the move.
Down Special Recover 0% Mewtwo performs a pose and, when it connects, it absorbs half of the damage received and heals Mewtwo for that much. It has little start up but it has medium length ending lag thus making it a rather risky move. However, upon contact, it has a slight lag to the opponents animations.
Custom 1 Full Recover 0% It absorbs all of the damage and converts it to healing. However, performing this move in quick succession results in damage done to Mewtwo. The amount of damage that is absorbed reflects the cooldown time with attacks with high damage resulting in longer cool down times.
Custom 2 Easy Recover 0% It is much easier to connect the attack and absorb the damage. However, it results in further ending lag.

Final Smash
