Final Smash Mega Mewtwo Y
Home Stage Cerulean Cave

Mewtwo is a returning character in Super Smash Bros. Rebirth who hasn't appeared since Super Smash Bros. Melee. While not much has changed about Mewtwo, his moves have been slightly adjusted to better suit the gameplay of Rebirth and now has a Final Smash - Mega Mewtwo Y. Mewtwo's home stage is Cerulean Cave, where he could be fought in the first Pokémon games. This Legendary Pokémon can be unlocked by getting either 100 wins on VS/Online matches or winning Smash Run 5 times as a Pokémon character.

Trophy description[]

"This genetically created Pokémon reappears after it's absence from the past two Smash tournaments. Mewtwo stays mostly the same, but with the power of its Mega Stone, it Mega-Evolves into Mega Mewtwo Y! Speaking of evolution, Mewtwo doesn't evolve because of it's Legendary status. Mewtwo is surely a strong character to return."

Mewtwo's trophy is obtained by completing All-Star Mode as said character.
