Mario Tennis 7 (tentative title) is the seventh game in the Mario Tennis series, to be released for the Nintendo 3DS. Mario Tennis 7 is being developed by X-Scissor and Nintendo, to be released sometime in 2012. The game is considered a direct sequel to Mario Tennis Open, due to its multiple similarities.
