Mario Party: SuperStars is a new installment to the Mario Party series and is rated E for Everyone by ESRB. The purpose of this new game is to resurrect the classic elements of the party franchise along with a few new features. The game features a set of 80-All Original minigames.

| Peach | 
| This pink princess surprisingly avoided being kidnapped by Bowser. Now she and Daisy must join Mario and company to end a coming disaster. |

| Princess Peach's loyal friend is also back on the adventure to stop Bowser's plan. Like Peach, she also avoided being kidnapped by Bowser. |
| Wario | 
| The obese, greedy, and hot-headed madman is back and plots to take the spotlight along with his companion, Waluigi. |
| Waluigi | 
| Wario's partner in crime is back and ready to party his way to take the spotlight from Mario and the gang. |
| Yoshi | 
| Mario's old pal joins the fray and wants to attend the party. He and Birdo make a dynamic duo. |

| Yoshi calls for her aid and Birdo could never refuse a invitation to a party. She's ready to roll those dice and be the next superstar. |

| Toadette would never let her friend, Toad, fight solo. So she decides to come in and increase the ranks of Mario's crew. She proves as a worthy addition. |
| Donkey Kong* | 
| The great ape has been absent for quite some time in the previous Mario Party titles. Now he's back and better than ever. Everyone will now need to make way for DK. |
| Diddy Kong* | 70px | Donkey Kong'a pal and chimp friend joins the party and he would never arrive tardy. He and DK are a great team and a force to be reckoned with. |
| Rosalina* | 70px | Rosalina protects the universe as well as the Lumas. With the galaxies in peril and Bowser unleashes his plot, Rosalina must take her place alongside Mario to stop it. |
