Mario Kart: Ultra Circuit is the ninth game in the Mario Kart series. It will be released exclusively on the New Nintendo 3DS to capitalize the new content. It will be released on the 25th anniversary of the Mario Kart franchise. Many previous one off features will return
Characters[]
While it might be a setback, there are only 3 weight major weight classes. However, hidden stats from Mario Kart Wii return, making each character unique. Like Mario Kart 8, 30 charcaters appear in the game. 12 appear as starter and 18 are unlockable, with 4 in each class being stater and 6 being unlockable. Finally, 9 characters are completly new to the series (Kamek, Boo, Hammer Bro, Wart, Sprixie Princess, Nabbit, Profesor E. Gadd and Boom Boom), and brings back the disappearing Diddy Kong, Bowser Jr, Wiggler, Paratroopa, Birdo and Petey; and marks the first time Rosalina has been a default character in the series.
