Mario[]
Pretty much all around basic gameplay.
Luigi[]
Similar to Mario's, but you can jump higher and you're slightly slipperier.
Yoshi[]
You can flutter jump in mid-air, and you're faster. Your ground-pounds are also slightly stronger.
Peach[]
You are the slowest character, but you can hover in mid-air for a few seconds.
Toad[]
A lot like Mario. You're faster, but not as fast as Yoshi.
