Mario's Fun Pack is a game that will be released for the Nintendo 3DS. It will be released in North America on Feburary 27th, 2013 and Japan on Easter.
The gameplay here is really similar to New Super Mario Bros.
Helpers are a big part of gameplay making it entirely multiplayer material. If Mario has a power-up, simply pressing the X Button triggers a second player "Helper" character to appear in exchange of current ability. If a second player is not present, the Helper is controlled by the CPU, until Local Wireless is used. The CPU is of a high quality, as even the CPU characters can both protect the first player (Mario) and also venture into areas where the first player might not want to go.
Grassy Valley is a smaller, updated version of the original Grass Land of Super Mario Bros. 3. Lemmy Koopa attacked and conquered Grass Land. Mario must defeat Lemmy Koopa to turn the Mushroom King from a Yoshi to his normal self.
Bowser Jr. is ruining the Mushroom Kingdom with his airships. Mario must head to the airship and investigate.
Mario goes through a long, system of levels and gathers valuable treasure while finding a way out of there.
Cross the finish line before Bowser in three different tracks, while trying to get more coins than him.
Boom Boom is attempting to take over the Mushroom Kingdom with his airship, Boom Boom's Doomship. It's up to Mario to destroy Boom Boom's Doomship and stop Boom Boom's plan.
The sun and moon of the Mushroom Kingdom are fighting, and it's up to Mario to awake the comet to stop the fight.
Mario battles all of the game's Bosses in a continous streak.
Mario must lead the Mini Mushroom to the end of the level to beat the sub-game.
Luigi hid somewhere around here, and it's up to Mario to find him.
- The music will get quieter and quieter if Mario goes to the top of the screen and out of sight.
