Wily unleashes his robots onto humanity and announces his plans to the world. Dr. Light and Roll decide to awaken Megaman's combat features. Megaman tests his combat features and runs outside. Outside, he fights Metalls and Sniper Joe's, and then proceeds to Cut Man's stage.
