Special Set A

Name Damage Description
Neutral Special PK Freeze --- Lucas can charge this attack and slightly influence where it will travel to. Upon contact, it can freeze opponents with higher damage percentages.
Custom 1 Flash Freeze --- Much faster and has a better chance of freezing the opponent at lower percentages but has a shorter range and radius.
Custom 2 PK Chill --- It will not blast ice energy but can freeze opponents as it travels. It does less damage and is a bit slower than the default.
Side Special PK Fire --- When fired, it will blast horizontally when it makes contact with an opponent and will launch then further.
Custom 1 PK Implosion --- When fired, it will have a slight gravity effect which pulls in opponents and then explodes; launching them.
Custom 2 PK Blast --- Functions much like Ness' but instead of doing looped damage, it blasts up vertically.
Up Special PK Thunder --- It is able to travel through opponents; doing looped damage. It does more damage then Ness' version.
Custom 1 PK Stopping Thunder --- The attack vanishes when it comes into contact with an opponent but has high launching abilities; slightly less than the PK Thunder 2.
Custom 2 Delayed PK Thunder --- Functions much like the default but is delayed upon contact for several seconds. It has more control than the default.
Down Special PK Magnet 0% Lucas stretches out his hand and can absorb energy attacks. If he is hit form behind, he will turn around though there is slight lag between it.
Custom 1 PSI Reflect 2x (reflected projectiles) Absorb a projectile and then reflects it back; adding the damage to it in the form of a blast of energy.
Custom 2 Warding PSI Magnet 0% Expels a force that causes opponents nearby to be pushed away. It grows weaker with time.

Special Custom Set B

Name Damage Description
Neutral Special PK Beam 2.3% (uncharged loop), 3.8%(charged loop) Lucas places his finger on his forehead and charges the PK Beam, Charging the beam causes it to fly farther, do more damage, and increase its size but at the cost of speed. It travels much slower and leaves Lucas with severe ending lag. It launches at the last hit.
Custom 1 PK Launch Beam 1.5% (uncharged loop), 2.5%(charged loop) Lucas can charge this attack much like the default but with a twist. While charging it, Lucas can tilt the control stick around him thus allowing him to aim the attack. It is weaker than the default but produces a higher launch effect.
Custom 2 PK Dashing Beam 1.8% (uncharged loop), 2.3%(charged loop) Lucas can move around and jump but not attack while charging this attack. It has a shorter span between uncharged and charged in regards to damage output. However, it comes out much quicker and is generally faster with little lag.
Side Special PSI Shield 1.8% (reflected back) Lucas will erect a floating shield which reflects projectiles back to the opponent. It will also block attacks as well but will shatter if it recieves too much damage. Lucas can move freely after erecting it.
Custom 1 PK Giga Shield 2.5% (reflected back) A much larger shield though Lucas is not allowed to move during erecting the shield. Lucas can cancel it by pressing the special button again but he suffers from ending lag.
Custom 2 PK Wall 0% Lucas erects the PK Wall which will travel forward; pushing opponents back with knockback without dealing damage. It will continue traveling while pushing opponents back.
Up Special QuickUp 6% (spourspot), 15% (sweetspot) Lucas uses the power of PSI and boosts himself upwards. He has slight control over his trajectory and will slam into an opponent, dealing damage. Hitting the opponent at the end of the animation causes an explosion effect when it connects and has high knockback.
Custom 1 Soaring QuickUp 13% Lucas gathers the PSI energy and launches himself high into the air. The attack will launch the opponent when it connects regardless of the annimation timing. He shoots straight up and has no control over his trajectory.
Custom 2 Triple QuickUp 5% Lucas ejects PSI energy which boosts himself up three times in the air. It will meteor opponents who are below Lucas.
Down Special BrainCyclone 1.3% (loop) Lucas traps the opponent in a spychic hold that appears like a cyclone. It does loop damage before throwing the opponent upwards. The amount of damage Lucas has influences the launching power of the attack. It will launch opponents higher at higher damage percentages. It has a slight vacuum effect.
Custom 1 BrainGale 5% The attack only hits once but will knock away opponents instead of sucking them in. It has much higher knockback power that reflects Lucas' damage though it grows weaker the more damage he has.
Custom 2 BrainTornado 1.2% (loop) Lucas fires a tornado made of PSI power that travels across the stage much like the charged up smash attack for the Ore Club albeit weaker and smaller. It will carry opponents and then launch them upwards. The more damage Lucas has, the further it travels.

Final Smash

Name Damage Description
Final Smash 1 PK Starstorm 13% per hit Lucas retains the same Final Smash from Super Smash Bros. Brawl without the changes that Ness' version received. It does more damage but is generally slower.
Final Smash 2 PK Love Ω 36% Lucas gathers PSI energy and releases which causes psychic energy to attack the stage. It highly resembles it's animations from MOTHER 3. If focus specific psychic attacks onto each opponent on the stage followed by stage wide psychic attacks. If all the attacks hit successfully, it will deal 36% damage with the final psychic blast dealing high knockback.
