LEGO Super Mario Bros. is a game for the Nintendo Switch.

Gameplay[]

LEGO Super Mario Bros. brings remakes of Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, Super Mario Bros. Special, Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 3, and Super Mario World.. All levels are about the same in the original games, but are redesigned in LEGO style formats. The music tracks have been remixed to suit today's technology. This is a similar collection to Super Mario All-Stars, although Super Mario Bros. Special was not included.

Games[]

Super Mario Bros.[]

Super Mario Bros. was originally released for the NES in 1985. Mario and Luigi learn that the Mushroom Kingdom has fallen under spell by the turtle tribe led by Bowser. The kingdom's inhabitants have transformed into mysterious creatures and objects. Princess Peach, the daughter on the Mushroom King, has been kidnapped by Bowser. There are 8 worlds with 4 levels each, bringing it to 32 levels in all. Help Mario and Luigi explore the Mushroom Kingdom to save the princess from the vile clutches of Bowser.

Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels[]

Originally known as Super Mario Bros. 2 in Japan, this sequel contains 52 new levels that are somewhat challenging. Back in 1986, The Lost Levels was never released anywhere else than Japan due to this game being too challenging for all.

Super Mario Bros. Special[]

Released only in Japan and Korea for the NEC PC-88, Sharp X1, and Samsung SPC-1500 in 1987, this is one of the most obscure Mario titles as of today. Find some Lucky Stars and encounter enemies like you have never seen before.

Super Mario Bros. 2[]

Known as Super Mario USA in Japan, this sequel is somewhat similar to Doki Doki Panic, another game released exclusively in Japan. In the dream world of Subcon, Wart has taken over. Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Peach volunteer to enter the dream world to put a stop to Wart's vile clutches. There are 20 levels in all.

Super Mario Bros. 3[]

Bowser has kidnapped Peach again. Mario and Luigi set out for another adventure. There are over 80 levels to explore.
