Klonoa 2 the 5 Bells is the sequel to the Klonoa reboot game and the second game in the Klonoa reboot series. It is for Wii U and 3DS. The game focuses on Klonoa and his new friends, Teeko and Lera as they journey across Lunatea and ring the 5 Bells of Emotion.


This game is differant from its predessor. The gameplay is retained from he original series where players focus on platforming, puzzle solving, and using enemies as projectiles. You still gain experience though, but leveling up can also make you rank up similar to Mario and Luigi. Dreamstones are used as currency to buy stuff and alarm clock bubbles are used as save points. You'll also get explore hubs and select levels on a map similar to that of Super Mario 3D World and Yoshi's Wooly World and explore 5 hubs other than Breezegale. Players will also get to play as two new characters: Teeko and Lera.


A witch named Hakyl steals Cylia's voice. Klonoa upon hearing this demands that she gives her voice back but refuses and makes off with the voice. Cylia breaks down in tears, but there is hope the only way to break the spell is to rings the 5 Bells of Emotion and collect the Emotion Stones: Joy, Anger, Sadness, Fear, and Disgust. Along the way he befriends a big beaver like guy named Teeko and a purple bat girl named Lera. Together the three friends travel through Lunatea and learn of Hakyl's true plan.
