Jay Baron: Rise of the Shadows is an action-adventure game by Outer Limits Co.. It is the first game in the Jay Baron series.
Plot[]
Don Léturi's valuable ring has been stolen by a figure named King, and he has hired the famous Jay Baron to hunt him down and kill King for stealing the ring. Jay gladly takes the job, and sets out on the quest to find and kill King.
Jay located and found King, hiding in the Shauonire Desert. King claims that Jay "doesn't know what he is doing", but Jay ignores what he said and kills him, slicing his head off. A strange purple figure appears in the background and reveals himself as Don Léturi, shocking Jay. Don's clothing changes into a strange, evil looking robe as he levitates the ring toward him. He grabs it and puts it on. Don laughs and says "Rise shadows! The dead is now undead!" as he casts a spell. Several strange, shadowy versions of Jay appear and pull out swords. Soon after, hundreds more appear.
Jay defeats a small amount of them, and states "There is only one Jay Baron." Don agrees, and starts to spin, as the shadowy Jays start to cling to him. He stops spinning, and has the appearance of a giant shadow Jay, and prepares to fight Jay. Jay wins, with Don crashing to the ground. He grabs the ring and staches it in his pocket. He then takes out his sword and stabs Don in the heart, saying "Good night, shadow." He then walks away as the screen shows Don's body. The eyes open and Don states "A shadow never dies" as he disappears in Jay's shadow, laughing eerily.
