"Impa jumps and hard hits!" (Introduction tagline)

Impa substitutes Sheik in the Super Smash Bros. (series) for the first time. She is a little less agile than Sheik but she is very stronger than Sheik. With her giant blade she can hard hit the opponents and with her water-based attack she can punish the opponents.

Special Moves

Standard Special: Water Ball. Impa traps the opponents in a water ball and then she hits inflicting 18% of damage.

Side Special: Giant Dash. Impa dashes with her giant blade inflicting 7% of damage.

Up Special: Up-down hit. Impa jumps a high rotating her sword, then she falls quickly with her blade. The rotation inflicts 9% of damage, the fall 14%.

Down Special: Curved Hit. Impa attacks the opponent with an arched hit, which inflicts 13% of damage.

Final Smash: Water Destruction. Impa traps the closer opponents and then she attacks inflicting 39% of damage.

Strife Smash: HydroSpears. Impa jumps and summons some spears in water. A spear inflicts 18% of damage.

Unlock Criteria

  • Complete event 17: Hyrule Warriors.
  • Win 2 matches in Eldin Caves.
  • Have her join in the Story Mode.


  • Like other Zelda characters (except Tingle), Impa's moveset is based on Hyrule Warriors game.
