Heliolisk is an Electric/Normal Pokémon introduced in Generation 6. It's the evolved form of Helioptile.
Basic info[]
It's based on the frilled neck lizard, and its frill is shaped like the sun. It's the only non-Grass Pokémon to evolve via Sun Stone, and it and Helioptile are the only Pokémon to have three abilities that are affected by the weather in some way. Hail is the "odd one out".

St. Clair Publications[]
All canon Pokémon are available in Tropes vs. Women in Pokémon Training, including Heliolisk; however, Heliolisk cannot be found in the wild. It's mostly unchanged from canon in this game. Dry Skin was changed to make Heliolisk take 2× damage from Fire.
Helioptile has an alternate evolution in this game: Heliossil.
