A Green Star is a type of item in the Wheelzen series.

In Wheelzen's Wild Adventure, if you collect 3 Green Star's in every level, you unlock a secret level located just past the last level in which you can fight Sickly's secret form, Lord SicklyMcDoomshire and his Throne.
