Glitz City is home to the rich and famous, much like Poshley Heights in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, although much bigger. It is home to the even bigger Glitz Dome, and has many underground areas, such as the sewers and Bandit's Hideout. This is where most of Mega Paper Mario takes place. It was once a rotten, smelly place until a rich man came along and had a lot of construction workers rebuild it.

Nowadays, there are many people living here, such as Zip Toad and General White, as well as Luvbi and the reformed Count Bleck. It has recently held Peach's Ball. It has a baseball field, a couple of basketball courts, a tennis court, and a golf course. Glitz City is where almost all of Mario's sporting events take place. Also, Glitz City has recently experienced and earthquake and has had several buildings destroyed. Everyone has chipped in some cash for building new ones, but some think that the city has enough as is.
