Bob, his Balloon, and some Snifits
General Bob is the commander of Daisy's Troops in Twisted Evil. He speaks with a Cowboy Accent and was born in Dry Dry Desert. He first appeared in Chapter 4 of the story, using a Daisy Bubble to trap 9-Volt. It is later revealed that he is the 2nd in command of Daisy's Scheme. Or is he?
