G0L3M (commonly just caleld Golem) is a character in the Doom Dome Battle series who makes his first and only appearance in Warriors of Babylon. He is the first creation of Nikolai Pyrotic, which also makes him the older sibling of Terminus X9.
With his large size, Golem also has a large hitbox, which makes it easier to land attacks on him. Luckily he is not the slowest character and has average defense. His main attribute is however his power, acting kinda like a tank. He can channel plasma through his body and discharges them from the canon on his right arm. The plasma can be shot in various ways making it unpredictable what kind of shot he is going to take. His left arm has a drill with which can inflict massive damage, and is mainly used for close-range combat opposed to his plasma canon.
His Doom Attack is Lightning Awakens. When executed he holds his drill high into the sky and electricity strikes right upon it. His entire body is engulfed by the plasm electricity. He shoots a giant bubble of plasm around the opponent, stabs through it with the drill, through their body and then holds them up for another lightning bolt to strike upon it again. He then shoot the opponent off his drill. If KO'd they try to stand up afterwards but get a shock that explodes their head.
During his younger years, Nikolai was already far in the process of making a robot with consciousness, but never managed to make one. That was until he created G0L3M. While Nikolai was proud of his creation, it lacked any pre-installed knowledge and didn't know much of the world. When he presented it to scientists they were horrified of its appearance. Golem couldn't process any emotions and felt attacked, so he started attacking. After having killed some people, and shaming Nikolai's reputation, he decided to lock him up at a remote location where no one could ever find him. He however was discovered by travelers which awakened him again, killing them as well. He now exist there as a myth encountered when once dwells off the path on the island, resulting in one's death.
Warriors of BabylonEdit
Golem was retrieved from the island by the host of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon to participate in the games.
- His design takes inspiration from Golem in Castlevania: Judgement, and Big Daddy from BioShock.
