Gameplay[]
Like in the previous games, you are a security guard in an office. This time you have access to the following defenses.
- Doors
- Lights
- Recorder and Microphone
- Freddy Mask
Unlike the regular animatronics though, the androids (Jaw, Silk, and Rav) are able to disable cameras. Luckily, almost every animatronic has a weakness. Bonnie, Chica, and Silk are duped by the Freddy mask; Freddy, Foxy, and Rav "reset" from exposure to light; and Mangle & Jaw are attracted to audio that can be played on enhanced microphones conveniently placed under the cameras. Golden Freddy is activated & deactiavted via viewing the West Hall B camera, then bringing it up agin immediately. The Puppet on the other hand, is activated by activating Golden Freddy 3 times, and can't be stopped unless it becomes 6:00 a.m. before the Puppet arrives in the Office. Hallucinations return from Five Nights at Freddy's & Five Nights at Freddy's 2 (Human-eyed Freddy, Eyeless Bonnie, and Ghostly Puppet), introducing a human-eyed Silk hallucination.
Ratings[]
The game has received mixed reviews. Reviewers find that the 4 defenses make the game too easy, and the animatronics becoming more & more persistant helps too much.
