Super Mario 64 DS: SWITCH! Is a game from the Super Mario series for the game system Nintendo Switch. The game is a sequel to Super Mario 64 and Super Mario 64 DS. Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Wario, and Waluigi are playable in the adventure and there are lots of Power Stars to collect. This is the first game in the Super Mario 64 series on the Nintendo Switch. The main enemies are Bowser and Bowser Jr.

Story[]

At the beginning of the game, a cutscene begins, showing the end of Super Mario 64 with Mario throwing Bowser by his tail and saying, "So long a-Bowser!" Then it plays again with more modern graphics. It shows Bowser landing in Lethal Lava Land (which has enhanced graphics like the rest of the game) and being angry. He roars out for Bowser Jr., who comes in a Koopa Clown Car. Bowser hops in tells Jr. his plan. Later, Mario, Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, and Princess Peach are talking about how some of the Power Stars have gone missing. Luigi suggests that Bowser stole them, but Mario and Peach don't think so, because Mario had thrown him to Lethal Lava Land in Super Mario 64. Then, Bowser Jr. comes in (as Shadow Mario) and turns Yoshi into Shadow Yoshi with his paintbrush. Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi split up to four different places: Bob-Omb Battlefield, Tiny-Huge Island, Whomp's Fortress, and Lethal Lava Land, respectively. Once they meet back up, they find out the stars have been scattered around the world. You continue going through different portal paintings at Peach's Castle. Once you collect 23 Stars Shadow Yoshi appears and you have to defeat him both a regular and RPG battle. After that, you get a Star it switches to M64-Style mode.

Work to rescue Yoshi and Princess Peach and save the day!
