Touhou: Thinking with gaps is a DS/3DS game where you play as yukari trying to find ran, who has been missing everywhere in gensokyo for almost a year, and you use gaps to navigate the mazelike levels.

- Left/Right/Up/Down: Move Yukari
- A: Toggle gap 1
- B: Toggle gap 2
- Tap: Place gap.
